Returns & cancellations
You can return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving them if they are bought in our online store. For our physical store we don't accept returns.
We deduct €9.95 from the refund for returns within the Netherlands to cover return shipping costs. For returns outside the Netherlands, the return shipping fee varies depending on your location. The refund will also include the original shipping costs, provided the cheapest available shipping option was chosen at the time of purchase.
You can request an return in your account.
We cannot accept returns on sneakers if :
- They are damaged / worn.
- bought in-store
We cannot accept returns on clothing / accessoires & the rest if :
- They are damaged / worn.
- If they are sealed you cannot send it back unsealed.
- If the tags are cut off / not attached anymore.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return once you receive your item.
