Shipping Information
We ship our items 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Same-Day (Blue Dot) Shipping: If you place your order before 17:00 we will ship your order within 24 hours.
- Regular shipping: Your order will be shipped within 1-10 business days.
We partner with PostNL for all our shipping needs within The Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery outside of this zone happens with Multiple carriers. Delivery times are subject to carriers terms and conditions.

Packaging
- Sneaker Orders: All sneaker orders will be shipped double boxed to ensure maximum protection.
- Accessories & Clothing: These items will be shipped in an envelope, Bag or a box, depending on their size and nature.
Tracking Information
All Clothing and Sneaker orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive your Track and Trace number via email, but it will not be included in the order confirmation email. Use this number to track the status and delivery of your order.
Consumer Rights
